FSS is the aggregate Fractions Skill Score against the MRMS radar reference, averaged over rain thresholds {1, 2.5, 5, 10} mm/h at a 20×20-pixel window (the same definition reported in the paper). Higher is better; the “FSS gain” row is the NSP score minus the GSMaP score. RMSE is computed over the radar-valid pixels.
